Gladiolas

The Gladiolas sculpted in canvas can be seen at the Robert Kent Galleries in Marietta, GA.

This piece was inspired when I saw them growing in a friend's garden. I was so stricken by their tall straight graceful stems and leaves with soft flowers.  It is sculpted from cotton which gives each part of it a soft fluid feeling. Measures 28"t x 15"w and 6"deep sculpted on a 24"t x 12" w canvas.
