How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to e-mail production schedules you may receive any e-mails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our website and remove your shipping address(es), billing address(es), and payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction, and for record-keeping.

TERMS OF USE, POLICIES, AND REVISIONS

If you choose to visit the Company’s website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, disputes, and choice of law. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our website frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Company has about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change Company policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
